1. Personality

     Active, bright and  the spirit of service  performance is strong and fast.  But  impatient many  other unpleasant  things  to express your feelings directly, and also you will regret it.

2. Good food

Cool fresh food,  traditional food,  vegetables, marine products

Pork,eggs, duck (stroke, hypertension, diabetes patients should be prohibited)

Oysters, sea cucumbers,  shrimp, abalone,  snakehead fish,  puffer fish, mud snails, sea squirts, crabs, carp, flatfishblue fishs (mackerel, mackerel pike, tuna, sardines, etc.)

Live a satisfied life and  have patient,  calm , achievement and  well  adapted  to the social life. But  have a  headstrong and  dislike  changes,  have a greedy  for food and riches, has an explosive  temper.  Whatever  has  a good appetite to eat well.

Light eating even hough a good appetite. ( low-fat  and high protein foods)vegetables,

1 Personality

Have the advantage to  work  thoroughly,  methodically,  introspectively. 

But have the week point to remember a trivial matters for a long time.

Warm food, warm  vegetables 

Chicken, sheep, goats, (stroke, blood pressure, diabetes patients  avoidance)

Pollack, loach, sea bream,  croaker,  anchovy,  a sciaenoid fish, 

whitebait,apples, oranges, peaches, tomatoes, citron,Spinach, dropwort,  

cabbage,  mugwort,  chrysanthemum,  green onion, garlic, ginger, pepper, mustard, Pepper, curry, 

rice, millet , potatoes

Cold food, soft drinks,  ice cream, breads,  trans-fats, instant foods, confectionery,  canned food, etc.

Buckwheat,  chinese cabbage (cough, acute gastritis, nephritis)

Beef, milk (cold, bronchitis, appendicitis, hemorrhoids)

Pears, watermelon, melon, cucumber (hiccups, diarrhea, cold hand & feet)

Sweet potato, chestnuts and walnuts (indigestion)

Mung beans, barley, red-beans (diarrhea, dyspepsia)

Pork (indigestion, gastroenteritis)
